The short answer
RenderMyJewelry is built around an interactive 3D configurator and viewer that sellers embed on their own websites, with credits per plan and white-label options. RenderMyJewels focuses on producing images and video, with unlimited model uploads, AI photoshoots and AI video, plus share links for 3D previews.
Where RenderMyJewelry may be the better choice
- Configurator and ring builder. Customers can build and customise rings in the browser, and the Advance plan includes a configurator.
- White label. A custom domain on Advance, custom logos and the option to remove attribution let the viewer look like part of your own brand.
- Share permissions. Links can be public, unlisted or protected with a password.
- Collaboration. Clients can leave feedback on the live 3D model.
- Hand try-on. The viewer includes a hand try-on mode.
- Lower entry price and rupee billing. Premium starts at $20 a month, with prices shown in US dollars and Indian rupees and GST added in India.
Where RenderMyJewels is the stronger fit
- AI photoshoots and AI video. Put your jewelry on a model, into a styled scene or into a short motion clip, starting from a render. RenderMyJewelry did not market AI image tools as of November 2026.
- Unlimited model uploads. Upload a whole catalogue without spending credits on uploads.
- Exports sized for every channel. PNG or JPEG stills at 1K to 8K export sizes and 360° or multi-angle WebM videos up to 4K, in eight aspect ratios for marketplaces and social media, on every plan.
- Library management. Bulk upload, SKUs read from file names, collections, favourites and a 30-day trash.
- A deep material library. 98 metal presets, 58 gem presets and separate lighting environments for metal and stones.
Pricing compared
As of 3 November 2026, RenderMyJewelry listed a free Basic plan with 500 lifetime credits, Premium at $20 a month or $200 a year with 3,000 credits a month, Advance at $50 a month or $500 a year with 10,000 credits a month, and custom plans. Prices were also shown in rupees, with GST added in India, and yearly billing was described as saving 20 percent.
RenderMyJewels has a Free plan and a single paid plan, Premium, at $49 a month or $490 a year, with unlimited uploads, 150 AI images and 5 AI videos a month.
Credits and allowances measure different things, so compare the two based on how many products, images and videos you expect to produce each month.
Files and formats
Both services accept the common jewelry formats, Rhino 3DM, GLB, glTF, STL, OBJ and FBX, and both support workflows from Rhino and MatrixGold. In RenderMyJewels, GLB, glTF, STL and OBJ files can be up to 100 MB and 3DM or FBX files up to 200 MB. Layers or meshes named Diamond, Gem, Stone, Pavé or Halo are treated as stones automatically, so a well organised 3DM file arrives with metal and stones already separated. Every upload also gets a preview image, which makes a large library easy to browse by sight.
Support and resources
RenderMyJewelry offers email support and a WhatsApp button, and publishes a blog with guides on rendering topics and embedding its viewer on website builders. RenderMyJewels offers email and in-app support tickets, plus a library of guides, a glossary of jewelry and rendering terms and free tools such as the ring size converter. If you are evaluating both, send each support team the same question about your own files and compare the answers.
Which should you choose
Choose RenderMyJewelry if a customer-facing configurator, ring builder, white-label viewer, password protected links or hand try-on are central to how you sell. Choose RenderMyJewels if your priority is producing large volumes of product images and videos, AI photoshoots and AI video, with unlimited uploads at a single published price.
