Which file formats can I upload?

GLB, glTF, STL, OBJ, FBX and Rhino 3DM. GLB, glTF, STL and OBJ files can be up to 100 MB each, 3DM and FBX files up to 200 MB. A single-file glTF is converted to GLB when it is uploaded. If your glTF points to a separate .bin file, export it as GLB instead.

How many models can I upload?

As many as you like. Model uploads are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Only the size of each single file is limited.

Can I upload a whole folder at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the Upload page choose several files or a whole folder, or drag them in. You can give the batch a jewelry type and a collection, and the SKU can be read from the file name. For example RG-1042_Solitaire.glb becomes the model Solitaire with SKU RG-1042.

Where do the preview images in my library come from?

Each model gets a preview the moment it is uploaded, made right in your browser. The first time you open the model in the studio, that preview is replaced by a studio render. On the model page you can also pick any 3D view and save it as the preview.

How should I name layers so stones get the right material?

Accepted Answer

Layers or meshes with names such as Diamond, Gem, Stone, Ruby, Sapphire, Pavé or Halo are treated as stones automatically, and most other parts start as metal. You can still change any part by hand in the studio.

How do I delete a model, and can I get it back?

Accepted Answer

Use the bin icon on a model, or select several and press Delete. Deleted models go to the Trash, where you can restore them for 30 days. After that they are removed for good. Delete forever and Empty trash remove the files straight away.

What can I change in the studio?

You can choose from 98 metal finishes and 58 gem materials, 64 metal and 18 gem lighting environments, 28 backgrounds, 10 ground styles including no ground, and 26 ready-made scenes. There are 40 one-click poses plus fine position controls, and you can save your own poses.

Can I keep several colour versions of one model?

Yes, while you work. Add a variant for each mix of metals, gems, lighting and scene, then switch between variants to compare them or export each one. The studio opens each model with a fresh setup, so export every colour version you need in the same sitting.

Which computer and browser work best?

Accepted Answer

The studio runs in your browser on a desktop or laptop with a recent Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. A dedicated graphics card helps with very detailed pieces. Share links and the 3D viewer also work on phones.

What image sizes and formats can I export?

PNG or JPEG at 1K, 2K, 4K or 8K, in eight ready-made shapes such as square, Instagram post, Reels and YouTube, or any custom size. You can export one pose or a whole set of poses in one go.

Can I export videos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Make 360° turntable videos (normal or superfast) and multi-angle videos at 1K, 2K or 4K, in the same shapes as images. Videos download as WebM files, which play in every modern browser. If a platform asks for MP4, convert the file with any free video converter.

What do the AI tools do?

AI photoshoot puts your piece on a hand, neck or ear with the skin tone and style you choose. AI product scenes place it on marble, velvet, sand and many more settings. AI video turns one image into a short MP4 clip of about 5 seconds. The AI is told to keep the design, metal and stones as they are in your render, and results usually stay close, but every result is generated, so check it before you publish.

How many AI images and videos do I get?

Free accounts get 3 AI images and 0 AI videos a month. Premium includes 150 AI images and 5 AI videos every month. The allowance resets each month on the day your cycle started. Any bonus credits are used after the monthly allowance and never expire.

What happens if an AI generation fails?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is lost. If a generation fails or times out, the image or video goes straight back to your allowance and you get a notification.

Which image gives the best AI results?

Export a clean studio render at 2K or larger on a plain light background, with the piece filling most of the frame. Sharp, evenly lit renders give results that stay closest to your design.

How much does Premium cost?

Premium is $49 a month, or $490 a year when you pay yearly, which works out to 2 months free.

What is the difference between Free and Premium?

Both plans have unlimited model uploads, the full studio and share links. Premium adds a much bigger AI allowance (150 images and 5 videos a month), embed code for your website and share pages without our badge.

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from Plan and billing. Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to Free. Your models and settings stay exactly where they are.

Where do I find my invoices?

Every payment has an invoice under Plan and billing, which you can open, print or save as a PDF from your browser.

How does the affiliate programme work?

Share your personal referral link. When someone signs up through it and pays for Premium, you earn 30% of their first 3 paid months. For a yearly plan that is 30% of 3 twelfths of the yearly payment. Commission is not paid for the lifetime of the account.

Who can earn commission?

Accepted Answer

You earn commission only while you have an active Premium plan when the referred payment comes in. If you are on Free at that moment, the commission is shown as missed and those months still count toward the first 3.

When and how are commissions paid?

Accepted Answer

Each commission is held for 30 days in case of refunds, then becomes available. Once you have at least $50 available you can request a payout by PayPal, bank transfer or UPI. Our team reviews every request.

Why was I signed out?

For security, an account can be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on another computer or browser ends the earlier session. You can see recent sign-ins under Settings, Security.

Who can see my models?

Accepted Answer

Only you. Models are private to your account. A share link shows just the one model you chose, and you can switch a link off or delete it at any time.

Question 25

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings, Delete account. Your models, previews and AI results are deleted and your personal details are erased. Invoices are kept because tax rules require it.
