Privacy policy

1. Data we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash), and optional profile details such as company, phone, country and website.
• Your content: the CAD files you upload, previews we create from them, settings you save, and images or videos you create with AI tools.
• Usage and security data: sign-in history (date, device type, approximate country and IP address), basic logs, and which features you use, so we can keep the service secure and working.
• Billing data: plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
• Messages: support tickets and emails you send us.

2. Why we use it

To run your account and the studio, to process AI requests you make, to bill you, to keep the service secure (for example the one active session rule and sign-in history), to answer support requests, and to send service emails such as receipts and password resets. If you opt in, we also send product news, and you can switch that off in your settings.

3. Who processes data for us

We use trusted providers that only process data on our instructions:

• Hetzner (Germany) for our servers and database.
• Cloudflare for content delivery, security and private file storage.
• fal.ai to generate AI images and videos you request. Only the image you choose is sent.
• Stripe for card payments, when online checkout is enabled.
• Hostinger for our email.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google or if analytics is enabled on the website.

4. How long we keep it

Your account data and content are kept while your account is open. Models you delete stay in the trash for 30 days and are then deleted permanently. Sign-in history is kept for up to one year. Invoices are kept as long as tax law requires, even after an account is deleted.

5. Your rights

You can view and change your details in your settings, download your original CAD files, and delete any model or your whole account at any time. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or for corrections or deletion, by writing to contact@rendermyjewels.com.

6. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed to sign you in and keep your preferences, and a referral cookie when you arrive from an affiliate link. See the cookie policy for details.

7. Children

RenderMyJewels is not meant for children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
