Cancelling

You can cancel Premium at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal and Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Your models and creations stay in your library on the Free plan.

Try before you pay

The Free plan includes the full studio and unlimited uploads, so you can test your own files before you upgrade.

When we refund

Because every Premium period includes AI generation that costs us real money as soon as it is used, we do not refund partly used periods. We will refund, fully or partly, when:

• you were charged twice or charged by mistake,
• a technical problem on our side stopped you from using Premium and we could not fix it in reasonable time,
• the law in your country gives you a right to a refund.

How to ask

Write to contact@rendermyjewels.com from the email on your account within 14 days of the charge, with the invoice number and what went wrong. We reply within a few working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and your bank may take several days to show them.

Affiliate commission

Commission from a refunded payment is cancelled if it has not been paid out yet.
