For designers

Show every design before you make it

Designers live between the idea and the finished piece. Every design has to be seen, approved and often sold before metal is cast, and making a sample of every variation is slow and expensive. RenderMyJewels turns your CAD files into studio images, videos and on-model shots you can use straight away.

The designer's dilemma

An independent designer is the creative director, the production manager and the marketing team at once. A new collection means CAD work, then samples, then photography, then content for every channel. Each step costs time, and samples tie up money in metal and stones before you know which designs will sell. Many designs never get made at all, simply because there was no affordable way to show them properly.

Rendering changes the order of things. You can present a design the moment the CAD is ready, gather reactions, take pre-orders and only then decide what to cast.

From CAD file to portfolio in one session

Export your design from Rhino, MatrixGold, JewelCAD, 3Design, ZBrush or Blender as a GLB, 3DM, STL, OBJ, glTF or FBX file and upload it. Layers named after stones, such as Diamond, Gem or Stone, are recognised automatically, and every other part starts as metal. From there:

  • Pick one of 98 metal presets and 58 gem presets.
  • Light the piece with one of 64 metal environments and 18 gem environments.
  • Choose a background and a ground, from a soft contact shadow to a mirror floor.
  • Use the 40 one-click poses for consistent hero, top and profile angles.
  • Export stills up to 8K and 360 degree videos up to 4K.

Everything runs in the browser, so there is no render farm to set up and no heavy workstation to buy.

Show every variation without making it

Clients and buyers always ask for options. The same ring in rose gold, the same pendant with a sapphire, the same earrings with a warmer diamond. Save each combination as a variant of the model and export matching angles, so you can offer a full range from a single CAD file. The gem library even covers white diamonds by colour grade, which helps when a client is deciding how much colour they are willing to accept.

Get approvals faster

Custom and commissioned work runs on approvals. Instead of sending flat screenshots from your CAD software, send polished renders and a share link that opens an interactive 3D view in the browser. Clients can turn the piece themselves, which answers many questions before they are asked. When the design changes, upload the new version and send a fresh link, so everyone works from the latest file.

Content for launches and social

A launch needs far more images than a product page. With the AI tools you can turn one render into on-model images on a hand, ear, neck or wrist, styled product scenes on marble, velvet or sand, and short AI videos for Reels and Stories. Export 4:5 for feed posts, 9:16 for Reels and Stories and square for your shop, all from the same piece.

Test demand before you invest

Many designers share renders of new pieces with their audience before deciding what to produce. A few strong images and a short video are often enough to see which designs people ask about, and they make it possible to take pre-orders responsibly, as long as you state clearly that the piece is made to order. Our guide on how to sell jewelry before casting covers this in detail.

What it costs

Every account can upload as many models as it likes and use the full studio. Premium costs $49 a month or $490 a year and adds 150 AI images and 5 AI videos every month, plus extras such as embeddable 3D viewers. See pricing for the current details.

Tips from the studio

  • Name your stone layers in CAD so materials land in the right place on the first try.
  • Use the same one-click poses for every piece so a collection matches, and save extra angles as poses to download them together in one ZIP.
  • Keep one scene for the whole collection, which makes your grid look curated.
  • Review every AI image before you publish it, and keep your renders as the source of truth.
