1. Who we are

RenderMyJewels ("we", "us") provides an online studio at rendermyjewels.com for rendering jewelry 3D models, creating images and videos, and generating AI images and videos. You can reach us at contact@rendermyjewels.com.

2. Your account

You need an account to upload models. Give accurate details and keep your password private. Each account allows one active session at a time, and signing in on a new device ends the previous session. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the CAD files, images and other material you upload ("your content"). You confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the service for you, for example to render it, create previews, run AI tools you request and show it on share links you create.

Images and videos you create from your own content with the studio or the AI tools are yours to use commercially, subject to the rights of any third party material you included.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload content that you have no right to use, that is illegal, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy. Do not use the AI tools to create deceptive, sexual, violent or hateful content, or images of real people without their consent. Do not try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or share your account to get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Plans, payments and renewals

The Free plan includes the studio, unlimited model uploads and a small monthly AI allowance. Premium costs $49 a month or $490 a year, plus any taxes, and includes a monthly AI allowance of 150 images and 5 videos. Allowances reset every month and do not roll over. Prices and allowances can change, and we will tell you before a change affects your next renewal.

Premium renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page, and Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

6. AI features

AI results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. Always review a result before you publish it. If a generation fails for a technical reason, the allowance it used is returned. We pass the image you choose to an AI processing partner only to create the result you asked for.

7. Storage and deletion

Uploads are unlimited by count, though we may set fair storage limits to protect the service. Deleted models stay in your trash for 30 days and are then removed permanently. If you delete your account, we delete your models and personal details, but we keep invoices as required by law.

8. Affiliate program

If you take part in our affiliate program, commission is earned only while you have an active Premium plan and only on the first 3 paid months of each customer you refer. We may withhold commission for self-referrals, fraud or refunded payments.

9. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the service available, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change or improve features over time.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Keep your own copies of your original CAD files.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after notice where reasonable.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and if that fails, it will be handled by the competent courts in India.
