A private model library with unlimited bulk uploads
Most jewellers keep years of CAD files scattered across laptops and drives. RenderMyJewels gives every file a home in a private, searchable library, with unlimited uploads on every plan and a preview image for each model so you find pieces by sight.
Unlimited uploads
No model count limit on any plan.
Folder upload with SKUs
Drop a whole folder and read SKUs from file names.
Automatic previews
Every model gets a picture, so you find pieces by sight.
Search, filters and collections
Find any piece by name, SKU, tag, type or collection.
Trash with restore
Delete in one click and restore for 30 days.
Unlimited uploads, on every plan
There is no model count limit. Upload one ring or ten thousand. Individual files can be up to 100 MB for GLB, glTF, STL and OBJ files, and up to 200 MB for Rhino 3DM and FBX files. Supported formats are GLB, glTF, STL, OBJ, 3DM and FBX, so files from Rhino, MatrixGold, JewelCAD, 3Design, ZBrush and Blender all work.
Bulk and folder upload
Drop many files at once, or choose a whole folder. You can also drag files straight onto your library from anywhere on the page.
- Two uploads run at a time, with a progress bar for each file.
- SKUs are read from file names when you want. A file called RG-1042_Solitaire.glb becomes SKU RG-1042 with the name Solitaire, and you can edit both before uploading.
- Set a jewelry type and a collection for the whole batch, so new files arrive already organised.
- Failed files can be retried without restarting the batch.
A preview for every model
As each upload finishes, a preview image is rendered in your browser and saved with the model. Your library becomes a visual catalogue rather than a list of file names. When you later open a model in the studio, its preview is upgraded to a studio render automatically, and you can choose a different view as the preview from the model details page.
Find anything in seconds
- Search by name, SKU, tag or notes. Press the slash key to jump to the search box.
- Filter by jewelry type, such as ring, engagement ring, earrings, mangalsutra or nose pin, by your own collections and by file format.
- Sort by newest, oldest, recently opened, name or file size.
- Views for all models, favourites, recently opened and the trash.
- Grid or list layout, with 12 to 96 models per page.
- Command search. Press Ctrl and K anywhere in your dashboard to find a model by name or SKU and open it.
Organise with types, collections and favourites
Jewelry types are standard categories used across the platform, such as ring, wedding band, pendant, bangle, chain or jewelry set. Collections are your own groups, for example Bridal 2026, Client Aurum or Diwali launch, each with a colour. Favourites keep your best sellers one click away.
Bulk actions
Select models with a click, or select a whole page with Ctrl and A. Then set the jewelry type, move them to a collection, mark them as favourites or delete them together.
Delete without fear
Deleting is one click, and an Undo button appears straight away. Deleted models go to the trash, where you can restore them for 30 days. After that they are removed for good. From the trash you can also delete a model forever straight away, or empty the whole trash, with a confirmation so nothing disappears by accident.
Edit details any time
Each model has a details page where you can rename it, change the SKU, set the type and collection, add tags and keep notes such as stone sizes, metal weight or the client's name. You can also download the original file whenever you need it.
File size and storage tips
Uploads are unlimited, but lighter files open faster in the studio and upload faster on slow connections. Export a render mesh rather than full construction history, remove hidden helper objects and keep the triangle count reasonable, ideally under about 300,000 for a typical ring. Very heavy sculpts from ZBrush benefit from decimation before export. If a file is over the size limit, reducing mesh density is almost always the answer, and it rarely changes how the piece looks in a render.
Tips for a clean library
- Agree on a file naming pattern with SKU first, then name, before you upload.
- Create collections for launches and clients rather than one huge list.
- Use tags for attributes that cut across collections, such as 18k, halo or lab grown.
- Empty the trash after big clean-ups to keep storage tidy.
